Michael Burns

Michael Burns is a teaching minister at the Dallas-Fort Worth Church in Texas. He is a popular speaker at churches both nationally and internationally and is a regular teaching contributor in the Ministry Training Academies in Johannesburg, Nairobi, Lagos, and Abidjan. Michael and his wife, MyCresha, have taught over three hundred workshops across the globe on biblical topics, including politics, race, culture, and the kingdom of God. He is the author of several books, including Crossing the Line: Culture, Race, and Kingdom; All Things to All People: The Power of Cultural Humility; and Escaping the Beast: Politics, Allegiance, and Kingdom. Michael and MyCresha have two adult sons, Pavielle (27) and Elijah (19).
